A grand day out

Had a lovely walk with the Precious in Dalkeith Country Park, as recommended by a few blippers.

We had coffee and cake, although the vegan passion fruit and coconut cheesecake proved a little bit too healthy for both of us, we would have preferred a bit more unhealthy zing!

The bluebell walk was beautiful, with gorgeous smells of green things!

We have also been productive in the kitchen today, with 3 pouches of curried lentil soup to add to the bags of curry (yesterday) and roasted red pepper soup (Tuesday). The Precious is all set for feeding herself as well as her new arrival! It's strange to think that when I return in about a fortnight it will be to see a new little person..... :)
