Cheeky Chaffinch

A bright day but very chilly .... woolly hat and gloves back out of the cupboard .... should be a bit warmer tomorrow.

Walking through the St Andrews Botanic Gardens I heard this little chaffinch long before I saw him sitting on a high branch quite out of reach of my camera .... but chaffinches do like a crumb or two and my patience was rewarded when he flew down to one of the tables where someone had been enjoying a scone.
