They're at it again

We never seem free of roadworks in and at the bottom of Gibson Lane. (Next road on from my cul-de-sac). These are Major gas alterations, lots of holes leading towards the new housing estate just being built, so I suppose this is the reason they are working on them. It does say it will take until next year to complete, 

Another hot day, lovely walks in the woods where it was nice and cool. I have to admit that apart from a bit of washing and making lunch and tea I seem to have spent the day walking either with the dogs or going to the local shops (uphill as the bus wasn't for another half an hour)
