Thomas Bewick print

Thomas Bewick was an engraver and printer. I went to his house today. There was a printing demonstration going on today and I was lucky enough to be able to print this heron. Thomas was born is 1753 and a very successful businessman. He illustrated British birds, quadrupeds of the world and many other subjects. The Bewick swan is named after him.
