Arty Farty After Party

Tess had an item picked for the Meldrum Academy art exhibition which was great to visit and see, as we'd not been before. Some of the 6th years work was a cut above, my favourites were the bird drawings and the boats from the senior presentations, what talent to have at that age. Loved my pal's son's blue hued mini rocking chair, it got a commended because it was so distinctive. Our very own Anna Keith got a commended too for her sculpture shadow model, but of course we loved Tess' tile. Mum and dad came along too which gave me the excuse to arrange an after family get together for some food at Morris' restaurant. A nice wee school night escapade.
