the girls saw a picture of this in a Jamie Oliver recipe book and have been on and on at me to make it. so, tonight i did.

they took one mouthful and declared they didn't like it!

the soft meringue wasn't their thing... you can't win them all!

still, i had a lovely bowlful and then took it round to my neighbors! (very Brendan Bake off, I thought!!)
