Fell in the bog and lost my pencil

Another 6am start and back out to site. This time looking for Chequered skipper and Pearl bordered butterflies which we found in abundance. The above shot is Chequered Skipper which is not a common butterfly at all.

Very hot today so glad I could walk slowly and not too far. I did however fall in the bog twice and lost my pencil
