Pleaching

My Blip shows rows of trees, where their branches have been trained, horizontally, and which eventually have joined together.....probably helped by trained gardeners.
The result is dramatically different: noteworthy, and therefore Blip worthy!
My understanding is that this process is known as Pleaching.

I have been “following” this avenue of trees for a while....
the young trees had to grow......before their branches could be easily tied together.
Now they are touching.....the overall effect is very pleasing!
