A shitty day

This morning my new cooker arrived & the delivery lads took my old one away for recycling. Call me daft, but after a week of no cooker I was looking forward to getting my new one installed. Well you can imagine my disappointment when I opened the new one only to discover they had damaged it in transit. The whole ride side had been pushed in and the lip round the hob was bent. Gutted beyond belief. Argos has thee worst customer service by telephone too but I finally got sorted out on their live chat, lovely lad really apologetic and helpful. Only thing is I’ve now got to wait till next Thursday till the replacement gets here.
My pain levels have been through the roof today too. I feel like a 39 year old in a 139 year old body!!! This shit needs to stop soon. And to top it off my daughter was supposed to go out tonight, because I couldn’t drive the distance to where she wanted to go I now have to deal with her disappointment and guilt. I just wanted to get lost in my book all day and not move. Tomorrow can only get better right? Least there’s a lie in to look forward to. Hope you all had a good day though, Jx
