Work followed by the care home. Jeanie has new glasses, but she doesn't seem to know that they are any different. We had a little walk around the garden to look at the flowers and birds, then went in as it was a community day when the local community were invited in to have tea and cake with the residents. There were a couple of new faces which was nice. And there were so many sorts of cakes to try, at least 5 or 6. As always the cakes were fabulous. Mum got a bit anxious about where she needed to be once I had left, so we had another push around, then I left her in the cinema room with South Pacific, and a quick kiss goodbye .
Harry cooked tonight, marinated tofu with noodles and five sorts of veg.
