Dads v Lads

Today was the first Uplyme Crusaders Football Dads v Lads match of the season. We had a great turn out with two games being played.

The young people who come to our Saturday morning football bring along their Dads to play against. The Dads love it, the Lads love it & as an organiser I love the fact everybody gets to be involved.

The younger group (5-8) beat their Dads 5-4! The older group (8-13) drew with theirs 2-2!

So far so good, I've not had any Mums ringing me to ask what there hubby or partner was doing to end up in casualty!
