Hundreds and hundreds of Land Rovers on display. Great day out and loads of awesome landies, and no two the same.

1. Kevin and Stan demonstrate the position usually adopted by land rover owners having a conversation. Which nearly always includes phrases like..."Can you see where it's leaking?" or "Can you pass me a ..." and "Is it still there or did it really fall off?" 

2. Start 'em young.

3. Mine on show (red one) tis true! It didn't look out of place at all. Held it's head high.

4. How not to park a land rover.

Bought a dog guard for the back of the cab, not really for a dog, but for security. Being a soft top you can get into the vehicle by opening a zipper, so welding a cage should improve the security, along with clutch and electrics immobilisers. Defenders are so easy to get into all the vehicles going into the showground had to give personal info and a password. If the vehicle tried to leave without that info it wouldn't get beyond the gates. Nice touch.

And I thought it would just be boring middle aged men in baseball caps and combat trousers!
