Cockchafter - May Bug, Doodle Bug - let me out!

Something came whizzing, buzzing past my ear into the house yesterday evening.  I didn't see what, until this morning.  What a strange creature!  lt looked a bit scary until I saw a close up and saw they have a furry coat under the armoured plating and then they look more cuddley.. well, not quite cuddley and I prefer they stay outside!
