A day of contrast

I started the day with Harwich parkrun.

It was wet in the drive there and during the run. I didn't take this picture but it gives a better feel for the weather than the one I took.

The tide was coming in and it was great to hear the lapping waves as I ran.

The course is mostly out and back alongside the sea and mostly flat. Not a bad way to start the day.

As I drive home it was brighter and brighter. There had been very little rain and the rest of the day was very warm and dry.


Weird.
