Seven cygnets a-swimming!

The Blackford Pond cygnets have now arrived - a few days ago. I'm sorry I didn't go earlier, they change so much in the first few days, and were now probably past the time of riding on their mother's back.

Earlier I had been to Dalkeith Country Park with my photography group for a meeting and a wander. Restoration Yard is new since I last went to the park, and I was mightily impressed! The Orangerie is also looking very smart too, although seems it's not yet finished as there were barriers up stopping us from getting inside.
