Gourd Vase

This is high time for art projects. There are few, if any, friends around to cause distractions. It is too hot/humid to be away from a fan during most daylight hours. And our recent trip to Oaxaca has inspired my wife to go on a tear. I figured she must really like this recent project as she asked me to photograph it so she could post online. To think it used to be just a plain, dull gourd and now it is a vibrant work of art due to her talent.
