Sweet Red Peppers!

I bought the plant on a whim and planted it in the greenhouse. It would have grown into a tree if I’d let it. For weeks It has produced heaps of wee peppers in a variety of shapes. One is a good size for most of my one-person meals. They are great in salads, stir fries, pasta sauce and stews.

Since the frosts have started I thought it would be a good idea to harvest most of the remainder before they are damaged.
