Cooked hay

Someone turned up the big thermostat today. It got to 35C mid afternoon and it's still very hot outside. I remember that in our first November in the Clare Valley, in 2008, there was a spell of several days over 40C, so these hot temperatures are not so unusual in November. Definitely not my kind of weather though. Anyone got a travel brochure for Siberia or the North Pole?
