It's a beautiful day

Up and out for a 24 km bike ride with RO this morning. It was such a beautiful morning, and I really enjoyed cycling with her.

Then home to do some chores around the house. Mr B was still working on the dog run, which is coming along brilliantly.

It's been a beautiful weekend. Winter is around the corner, but we managed to convince ourselves that we were going to hang on to autumn a little longer.

Nikau was allowed outside unsupervised this afternoon. It was a little nerve wracking for us all, but he had a ball and stuck pretty much to our garden. 

Tonight we are all tired. Nikau is zonked out on his scratching tree, Little Miss is reading in bed, and Mr B and I are flopped on the sofa.
