Resisted....

I had a long and busy day at work and thats when Im most tempted to eat rubbish. Even during my afternoon session and I was brousing the menu at a burger bar but amazed myself that i was able to resist.

As soon as I was home, I made a great big tuna salad and was pleased I didn't give in to the crap!

It makes for a very boring blip so this is a back blip that I'm sneaking in between other blips in the hope that no-one notices!!!!
