Raspberry ice

We woke up to a winter wonderland this morning, no snow but a thick layer of frost covers everything.

The garden is busy with birds trying to find food and all the plants stand frozen with crystals of ice covering them. I had an early expedition into the garden to capture a few photos. My raspberry plants still had some fruit, which I have been leaving for the birds; this is now frozen solid and made an interesting photo. It looks good big.

We might be off for a bit of cycling in a while, we will need to wrap up warm.
