My first Swim today in the sea!

Well the day was planned, but as they say ‘best laid plans’
Hubby was dizzy and nauseous this morning, and we had a birthday party lunch to go to, so we had to cancel that and missed Church. After a sleep and rest and nice lunch at home, he was feeling better and so we popped out for fresh air in my car, but hubby said he was ok to drive, but we took mine in case I had to drive back. I had my first sea swim, it was cold, but wow it was lovely, maybe again tomorrow! So we stayed out a while and I got this Wren chirping away with a mouth full of food, and also we saw a couple of Dunlin.
