Wet’n’Wild

What a storm in the night, then the loudest thunder I’ve ever heard at 8.30am shocked the young ones out of bed. This afternoon was hot and humid so we took H and her friend into Birmingham. Heavy rain started as we left and suddenly several roads were completely impassable due to flooding. After seeing cars floating we turned back to the city and got something to eat while we waited for the rain to stop, finally home 3 hours later.
