Allium

Back blipped on 27th

I spent the day at work, mainly sitting at a computer, trying to avoid aggravating the pain in my hip region.  I think it is muscular, caused by walking awkwardly because of knee pain.  But it has suddenly flared to a significant degree, and really needs some rest - not going to happen this weekend.  On getting home, I had a brief wander down the garden for a blip, followed by a relaxed evening.
