Flying south

I think it was actually flying south, but regardless of the fact this plane could be on its way to Reykjavík, Moscow or any number of chilly places in northern latitudes, on a cold October day it is somehow impossible not to look up enviously and assume it is en route to somewhere much warmer, quite possibly with palm trees..
