Welcome to the start of the week

After days of uncertain weather, or the certainty of rain, today I woke to an almost cloudless sky away to the west, From the apartment we cannot see the east, so when I rode out on my way to work, I was delighted and surprised to see a glorious sky. I stopped some distance before reaching the corner with Ponsonby Road and got my blip.

I hadn't been home long when the setting sun gave another lovely image. I decided to crop it to create a panorama effect, which is what it looks like without looking through a camera lens. (see the extra)
