The stewed rhubarb that time forgot........

......looked way too smug by half to me, so it's been despatched to a better place the bin ;-) One of the problems of living without a freezer (a possibly rash decision that I made about 6 months ago when the old one died) is dealing with leftovers when blessed with a combination of a bad memory and a lifelong habit of over catering 'just in case'.....but despite the evidence above, I'm actually getting better at it ;-)
