Mouse-ear Hawkweed with Fritillary Butterfly -

seen on our walk this morning.   A beautiful blue sky day so we decided on a walk in the country after which we had lunch at the National Trust's Sutton Hoo and then back home.   After getting my breath back I've tackled some more cutting back of the Forget-me-Nots on the river bank.   A total of 12,500 steps today.
