Peony in the Window

This qualifies as a "not sure I know what I'm doing but it's fun anyway" moment.  The weather is gloomy yet again, so I clipped off a few of my peony flowers, before the rain pulls off the petals.  I placed one in a vase in the window and got out the Lensbaby Trio lens, on loan from Osuzanna.  I couldn't decide whether to crop this in really close, or leave it pretty much as is.    Since I've spent way too much time on this already, I'm calling it a blip and moving on.  What I should do is take the time to watch a few tutorials.  Maybe on the next rainy day ....
