Sea Wall

A warm overcast day, Mrs BB and I decided on a walk along The Sea Wall, Goldcliff, Newport (Wales,UK). The Bristol Channel tide was out exposing vast tracts of mud.

No sooner had we started the walk than my brother phoned to say my mum had been readmitted to hospital as she was weak and not well.

We only walked a couple of miles as the distant sky looked menacing, so we made our way to the oldest daughter to see her and granddaughter, Amelia.

The youngest daughter who lives in Bristol, 28, arranged to call in late afternoon with her long time boyfriend David, whom it was our first time meeting! Her news is she's expecting our fifth grandchild........due date presently 23rd December! He's a lovely bloke and passed the interview.
