News from hospital is that Nana is currently in a ward with others and will be assessed either Tuesday or Thursday afternoon depending which ‘team’ she is assigned to. She is apparently much more settled and less confused and Dad is going to visit tomorrow so that’s good.
Part of Health Week today was to do guided meditation in class. I really struggle to engage with mindfulness and completely relax. I’d much prefer to lose myself in a book and was delighted to come across this for 50p tonight as I’ve wanted to read it for a while.
