Yawwwnnnn!

Boring I know but I think this is as good as it is going to get around here today.

In Italy this summer I had pumpkin pizza. It was delicious. So, this pumpkinn was not purchased to make into a Halloween lantern, it was bought as I want to try and recreate my holiday pizza.

I have cooked and pureed the flesh but I think there is too much moisture in the puree. This could quite easily be a disaster.
