Nessie's brewing up a challenge

The Benleva Hotel in Drumnadrchit has its own brewery and own range of beers. This photo was taken inside the brewery, a former British Legion club in the village. These are the standard Nessie brews, but they produce too a vast range of small quantity specialist beers. I particularly liked the Spooky Ness on tap and specially produced for Halloween. A beautiful beer with just a hint of ginger. I tried too the rather powerful Nesster Piggot which had been specially produced for a race meeting. Other bespoke beers have included Ness Minister for the House of Commons, and Ness n Korma a curry beer.
