2018 Saturday — Last Glimpse

I was in the upstairs office/library room, when I noticed the sun. It was just fun to see the last bright glow for this day.

We’ve been sorting, packing, and moving all day. Our goal is to make the final load Monday afternoon and then sleep at our new address Monday night and wake up there Tuesday morning, which will be our wedding anniversary. The goal is to downsize.

We’ve lived in our current home for almost 24 years. It’s 2800+ sq. feet. The house we are moving into is approximately 1100 sq feet. The transition is going to be a challenge, but not impossible. We lived in that house for 28 years before we purchased our current home. So the former home was a rental these past 24 years.
