Feizor

On a beautiful bank holiday Monday we went for a walk from Feizor, just off the A65 to the north of Settle.
It's stunning limestone country up there. This shot is taken from Kiln Hill Lane which leads out of Feizor, looking west. I didn't spot any remains of kilns or industrial goings on at the top, but I guess that's how it got its name. 
I have included a couple of extras too. Those familiar to the area may recognise Ingleborough in the second one.

Worthy of a mention is the excellent Elaine's Tearoom at Feizor. We only called in for coffee and cake before starting the walk, but ended up having a full lunch, at 11:30 in the morning!
