Well Fed!

Junior is definitely well fed but it looks like parent could do with a rest and a good meal!

Tony took the car in for its service this morning and cycled home then retired to the allotment to do major tidying up and planting and cherry tree covering following our holiday.  My blueberry bush is now cocooned in fleece to prevent the birds enjoying the fruit when it arrives.  I should have quite a crop compared to the dozen I had in its first year last year.  Fingers crossed!

Meanwhile I've cleaned the bathroom, done three loads of washing, baked a fruit cake and made dinner.  We've decided to try have our main meal of the day at lunchtime as an experiment, we'll see how that works out.
