Tiny Tuesday.

After a wobbly start, I have managed to eat 4 rice cakes & a banana, giving me just enough energy to take the dog to the head of the loch, where the dragons & damselflies were making the most of the sunshine. 
I'd better have lost some weight! - Something good has to come from everything!
