Viva Vauxhall

A morning well spent. I went on a visit to the Vauxhall Heritage Centre in Luton, where a fine collection of 75 cars traces the company’s 115-year history from Edwardian times. Our visit was organised by the Guild of Motoring Writers. The collection is very rarely open to the public, but it will be on Sunday June 10 when an open day with free admission celebrates the centre’s 25th anniversary. Well worth a trip for car buffs.
