Pistachio ice cream with blueberry cupcake

The month of May has proven to be one for the history books, as meteorologists have so far recorded 13 straight days of temperatures +25-degree Celsius high (In Finland we define weather as hot when over +25°C). The last time such a sustained period of warm weather was recorded was 34 years ago! In Pirkkala we have had five hot May days so far.

Emma had her last examine of this school year today, and a celebration was needed :)
