dougal was lounging about with me while I ate breakfast outside - he’s been home for a change today and being very sooky. I went for a 5k first thing (29.24), did a bit of work then scooted up to mintlaw for a meeting then over to kintore for another. we’re missing peggo. managed to persuade daisy to come for a walk with us though!
