Snowy sculpture

This statue in Market Square, Cambridge, is a memorial to an eccentric charity collector called Snowy Farr whom I remember from my childhood. He wore an antique military uniform and had animals such as the white cat and mice. The sculptor, Gary Webb, wanted his abstract design to appeal to children, and hopefully that has worked. I like it.
