Udny to Auchnagatt

The Railway line on the leg between Udny and Auchnagatt (now a footpath), crosses the Ythan River here at Ellon.
What a nice afternoon for a stroll and imagining the hot steamy loco slowing for the crossing and its eventual stop at Ellon Station a few hundred yards futher on ( note appropriate imperial measurement used).

Nostalgia isn't what it used to be eh!?
