A Cold and Frosty Morning

After a week in the Tramuntana Mountains of Mallorca, this morning was gonna be a shock to the system. But what a pleasant surprise, frost on the ground, but an amazing blue sky. Not so bad then being back running on the local paths and trails. I had the place to myself apart from this one guy with his border terrier before heading back through Borsdane Wood where the dog walkers were out in force. Rest of day spent dealing with the aftermath of a week in the mountains : )
