A strange sight just before 8pm, as mist, which looked like smoke, was wafting inland across the Peedie Sea, and there were a couple of fire engines beside the sea, with firefighters apparently working with a hose. Of course I didn't have my camera with me, having taken sunny blips in the afternoon, so had to do a phone blip.

From the interweb I gather that these were exercises - presumably practising retrieving a casualty from the water.
