All Aboard

A mad morning at work followed by a mad dash to Glasgow airport for holidays. Why do I always end up with so much to do before I go away - it’s always so stressful!
At the airport we were treated to a 2 hour delay before the departure of our flight to Crete. Air traffic control strike in France. Pah!
We arrived in Heraklion so late that the car hire office had shut. Luckily we were met by the lovely Georgios who would escort us to our Airbnb. Instead of escorting he ended up taking us in his car - thank goodness he was there.
