Gold versus Green

Time of year when the gold starts to outweigh the green by two to one and then suddenly the gold can all disappear in a single night of strong wind and the green becomes the winner for the next few months.

I really like the contrasts at this time of year as the green remains the same but the brown/orange/gold variations seem endless. Never tire of watching this transformation.

Just wish autumn came with a bit more heat.
