Milton Keynes art
A bit of catching up to do as we’ ve been down South for nearly a week. Our flight was at lunchtime so we had time to enjoy the warm, calm, sunny morning before going to the airport.A really quick flight down with the wind at our tail so flight time was just over the hour.
Into a car who dropped us at our hotel in Milton Keynes.Mike went off to work and David and myself went off to explore.
I did get told off for taking photos in the shopping Centre, I was liking the shadows and reflections but apparently you ha e to have permission.
Onto Campbell Oark where we had a long walk through buttercup fields and enjoyed looking at the different sculptures. We spotted these artists at work on a mural as we walked along.
We sat and watched some school children playing cricket, spotted squirrels and a moorhen on her nest well camouflaged.
We might up with Mike and had a tasty Chinese in a nearby restaurant. The puddings were delicious and you could eat as much as you liked.
Very hot in the evening and the air conditioning did not work !
