Precarious

Today, all of a sudden, the bird feed level dropped drastically. The culprit? A wood pigeon! To get the feed he has to balance on a wobbly branch and then stretch as far as he can. So funny to watch! Then, disaster, soon after I took the photo through the window, the feeder twisted slightly so he couldn't reach the hole any more. As I write he is sitting on the branch looking rather forlorn. If he could, he would be scratching his head in puzzlement.
