Out on the bike

The various visitors have now all departed so normal service can be resumed. Decided I needed to be more adventurous on the bike so cycled from near Meathop to Levens and then on to Beetham and Leighton Moss for tea and cake. The return trip took me to Silverdale and Arnside before picking up my outward route back. The blip is the view of Whitbarrow from Sandside on the other side of the Kent estuary. More than 60km so no energy now for anything more than sitting in the hazy sunshine with a cold drink!
