I never appreciated before how important food is to me. Giles describes me as a foodie, I cook from scratch where possible, three meals a day. Not particularly ambitious or flamboyant, just tasty grub. The past few days have been hellish. When you don't feel hungry, Can't taste to see if meals are edible ...and then crippling indigestion so you regret making yourself eat. Much better tonight, not 100% but so much more like normal..and normal is perfect thanks. Today I bought quavers and haribo.. It's reminiscent of being pregnant!!
